Joined as the 2nd product manager for a key org initiative to help customers set up and get the most out of their recent purchases by creating a world-class technical support program. Currently own several discoverability initiatives, creation and reporting for customer feedback mechanisms, and general UX. Since I joined, the program has been scaled to EU5 and IN.• Project-led simultaneous stack migration & program CX redesign across mobile app/web, tablet, and desktop to address customer pain points found during various UX research and customer intercept studies• Launched India-specific support option that reduced product returns by letting customers download a diagnostic app and then seamlessly contact Amazon support to complete troubleshooting • Collaborated with partner team to integrate software solution that let vendors provide support to customers through Amazon website and app• Designed, ran, and analyzed more than a dozen A/B tests to create and iterate on features that helped customers keep their new products • Introduced streamlined user story and task management process for product team that was rolled out org-wide (100+ engineers and PMs) and simplified cross-team work• Wrote or edited 100+ SQL queries to estimate project ROI, deep dive feature use, or provide reporting to stakeholders• Responsible for security and day-to-day management of knowledge base with >900 users

Product Manager, WW Returns & ReCommerce

- Managed merchandising, promotions, catalog quality, & inventory for large camera brands and drove revenue beats vs. plan worth tens of millions in 2015• Increased Q4 turns for my largest brand by 171% y/y & decreased inventory cost by 71% y/y, contributing to a 34% y/y increase in total turns for FY15; reduced out-of-stocks for another brand by 930bps y/y in 8 mos. of management• Collaborated with multiple vendor managers across several categories to analyze product attach data, build, & then manage over 200 virtual product bundles that generated several million dollars in incremental revenue for my brands• Developed and taught 2 new Inventory Management trainings and a case study for new hires entering the Retail Undergraduate Program. Both trainings received better than 4/5 star ratings; the case study was the 2nd highest-rated course overall (out of 28)• Led catalog-improvement initiative across 20+ retail departments, which involved getting approval for and managing the update of 80 New Item Setup forms as well as back-filling more than 2k products with additional information for customers• Deep dove concession drivers by writing/editing SQL to pull data and then analyzing it in Excel. Then organized team visit to a Return Center to verify hypothesized issues. The analysis found several multi-million dollar opportunities to reduce concessions for Camera. Resulting initiatives, driven in partnership with another team and completed in FY15, were expected to reduce Camera concessions by >$5MM • Recruited to WW Customer Returns team, which I'd partnered closely with on some of the projects mentioned above
