Jordan Heichel is an accomplished Director with SSA & Company and an MBA graduate from the University of Maryland. With over a decade of experience in consulting, Jordan has acquired invaluable knowledge in business strategy, IT, operations, process improvement, design thinking, and project management. He is currently leading a $30+ million global digital transformation program with 45+ team members.

Jordan spent over ten years at IBM's Global Business Services (GBS) as a Senior Managing Consultant where he led a multi-billion dollar competitive contract, supervised a 25+ person team, and provided support to the Managing Partner in IBM GBS. As Chief of Staff, he developed and executed various strategic initiatives across the 3,500-person consulting practice with an annual revenue of $2 billion.

With a global mindset, Jordan has led several multi-million dollar IT projects through business process re-engineering and the system development life cycle. He also headed pro-bono strategy consulting engagements in countries such as Brazil, Singapore, and Morocco.

Jordan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional, and IBM Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University.
