Adam Gordon is an accomplished recruitment industry professional with a wealth of experience and qualifications to his name. He is currently serving as the VP Recruitment Marketing Automation at iCIMS and has previously held several leadership positions, including CEO of Candidate.ID® and Managing Director at Norman Broadbent Group.

Adam's expertise lies in recruitment marketing, automation, employer branding, and social media search. He has qualifications from the American Board of NLP and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and has also studied entrepreneurship at MIT Sloan School of Management.
