Marc Sosna is a highly experienced Executive Director of the Learning Innovation Unit at the IESE Business School. He specializes in designing and implementing learning experiences for leaders worldwide using strategic approaches such as Action Learning, Experiential Learning, and Blended Learning. His focus on entrepreneurship and strategy has resulted in academic and practitioner articles and the co-authoring of a book titled "Entrepreneurial Icebreakers." He has worked with several international corporations and institutions, including the World Bank, the European Forum for Entrepreneurship Research, and EBRD, among others. Marc is also an experienced project manager and consultant, with expertise in business models, growth, and turnaround strategies. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, an International Management degree, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business.
