Henri Hovi is a seasoned expert in the technology and software development industry with a diverse portfolio covering over two decades. He has held numerous positions in various companies, serving in executive roles and as a consultant partner. Henri is a natural leader with a strong track record of driving innovation and growth, having led teams in project management, software design, and development, data engineering, technical pre-sales, and CTO roles.

Henri's professional journey began as a web developer for Stonesoft, where he later moved into software development, serving as a team leader. He then co-founded Nemein, where he led as CEO and Consultant Partner. From there, he served several CTO roles, starting with Azetti Networks and moving into EmblaCom Oy, where he also served as a technical pre-sales manager. He then migrated to Solteq Oyj, where he served as a software development manager and software designer. Henri also consulted at the Finnish Meteorological Institute as a consultant, and at Pati Dure Oy, where he was an entrepreneur. He later became a member of the extended board of directors and a product owner of the onsite communication platform at Fira, Estonia, where he later served in senior data engineering roles. In 2018, he founded Digger Urakointi, but he has since gone on study leave until 2022.

Henri is a goal-driven, adaptable problem solver with excellent communication and analytical skills. Over the years, he has mastered various programming languages and software applications such as Scala, Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Hadoop, Apache Spark, among others. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Jyväskylä.
