I created Creative Crossroads (CrCx) to bring a human-centered design approach to career transitions. Life design is a multi-methodological and holistic approach to making a career transition. It recognizes the whole of who you are, and helps you set and accomplish career goals with the mindset that a job is not just a job, but a part of your life. 

As a coach, I blend human-centered design, systems thinking, and behavioral science along with years of collected knowhow and strategy for navigating a competitive job market. I help my clients work smarter, not harder, to land the role that best suits their lives, dreams, priorities, values, and ambitions. My approach is action-oriented, curious, and experimental, drawing on my clinical mental health background and service design toolkit to support individuals navigate career changes, challenges, and decisions.

The Lab @ DC is an applied research and design group within DC Government that blends civic design, social science, and data science to make government services more accessible, human-centered, and evidence based. During my time with The Lab, some of my work included a designing a behavioral nudge to improve traffic safety, process design for emergency mental health responses, co-designing a wraparound program to address benefits cliffs in homelessness services, and design research to inform a robust evaluation of the District's high impact tutoring for students affected by learning loss.
