President/Artistic Director at Fort Worth Classic Guitar Society

Serve as the primary spokesperson for the Society. Direct all artistic activities and oversee staff (in partnership with the Executive Director) in regard to all aspects of presenting; ticket sales, outside advertising, website traffic growth, advertising revenue, grant writing, fundraising,brand development, statistics systems, etc.
Strategic Planning, membership/donor development and stewardship.
Advising on formation of new partners for block booking and co-branding in the Allegro Arts Partnership.
Serve as chair of the Artist Selection Committee (8 members) and advise the committee on artist selection.
Write and produce educational outreach programming for in-school programs (Guitar on the Go), participate in Guitar in the Schools outreach visiting area schools for class and private instruction in local middle and high schools, promote the Guitar Societies through speaking/performing to charitable and civic organizations.
