Jo Carter is an experienced founder in the real estate industry with a talent for negotiation, demonstrated management skills, and a passion for art history. Carter has an extensive education, having studied BTEC and A-level studies at Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design and Hayes School respectively. She completed her studies by obtaining a BA in Fine Art at The Manchester Metropolitan University.

Throughout her career, Carter has held several roles at prestigious companies, including sales area manager and sales manager at Winkworth, sales assistant manager, and sales negotiator at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. Additionally, she's also served in business development positions at a number of institutions including Sotheby's, Justine Smith Studio, Templar Advisors, David Zwirner, and Based Upon Ltd. Carter has also gained valuable experience executive assistant contemporary art at Sotheby's and operations support co-ordinator at Pindar Set.

Currently, Carter is working as a founder at Hestia's, where she brings together her varied experiences to deliver excellent real estate services.
