Carin Rockind is the Founder of PurposeGirl, a company that aims to build confidence, ignite motivation, and improve bottom line results through keynote speeches, workshops, and training programs. She is a Women's Positive Psychology Expert and has delivered more than 100 engaging presentations on various topics that include Women's Leadership, Positive Psychology, Optimism, and Resiliency. Furthermore, Carin has coached several individuals to maximize joy and success via purpose, strengths, optimism, mindset, and motivation. Her clients include prominent companies like BMW, LinkedIn, Avon, Staples, and Progressive.

Before founding PurposeGirl, Carin served as Learning & Development at SAY Media, where she launched the education, training, and development function for a global digital media firm. She improved the sales productivity by designing scalable sales training and coached executives in creating a positive environment in which employees thrive. Likewise, she served as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Team NEO, a Greater Cleveland-based company focused on attracting new businesses/jobs. During her tenure, the brand perception among target improved by 100%, lead generation and inquiries increased by 300%, and corporate sponsorship fundraising surged.

Carin has previously worked as an Instructor of Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and Adjunct Professor at Virginia Marti College of Art and Design. Furthermore, she has served as Communication Manager at Alcoa and Helm Inc. and as Senior Account Manager at Ross Roy Communications. Additionally, Carin has chaired numerous positions as a volunteer at Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland.

Carin's Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and BA in Communications and English Lit from the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Michigan, respectively, underline her passion and expertise in establishing a positive and purposeful mindset to improve individuals and organizations' growth and bottom line.
