Rajveer Hundal

Rajveer Hundal is a Partner in the Assurance practice at PwC Canada, serving as the B.C. Region Technology Leader and a key member of the B.C. Region Extended Leadership Team. With over 15 years of experience, Rajveer specializes in providing assurance and accounting advisory services to a diverse range of businesses in industries such as technology, life sciences, entertainment and media, cleantech, manufacturing, and real estate. She is highly regarded for her ability to deliver significant value to high-growth companies and offer practical solutions to complex business challenges.

Rajveer's expertise extends to working with early-stage ventures, high-growth enterprises, and large multinational corporations. She excels in guiding clients on the financial, reporting, and business implications of growth initiatives, acquisitions, and exits, demonstrating a proactive approach in addressing intricate accounting matters and providing guidance on internal controls, corporate governance, and readiness for due diligence processes. Rajveer is well-versed in transactional activities, encompassing debt financings, initial public offerings, offering memorandums, prospectuses, strategic acquisitions, and compliance with both Canadian and US regulatory frameworks.

In terms of education, Rajveer Hundal pursued a Chartered Accountant designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Masters in Professional Accounting with a focus on Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting from Simon Fraser University.
