Vašek Purchart

Vašek Purchart is a highly experienced and skilled software engineer, currently working on improving a major project in all aspects including the product itself, technologies used, and working with the team. Based in the Czech Republic, Vašek has worked with a range of technologies including PHP, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Rabbit MQ, and Docker, to name just a few. Vašek has a deep commitment to writing clean code and architecture, which has helped to prevent bugs and optimize development time.

Vašek's rich experience includes a variety of roles, including CTO and Senior Software Architect at FAVI, Senior Software Architect and Lead Developer at Lavito.cz, Senior Software Architect at Shipito, and Senior Software Architect and Lead Developer at Slevomat. He has also worked as a Research Assistant at the Czech Technical University in Prague and as a lecturer at Medio Interactive. In addition to his practical experience, Vašek has a strong academic background, having studied both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Software Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague.

Vašek's current responsibilities include creating specifications for developers, supervising code and architecture, product meetings and planning, wireframing, user experience improvements, and conducting interviews with job candidates. He has worked with a range of frameworks, including Symfony, Doctrine 2 ORM, and Nette, among others.
