Simon France is a well-experienced communication, people management, and strategy development professional with over 20 years of experience in various areas, including science, sport, business, and more. He has worked with a range of organizations and has developed numerous skills, including strategy development and implementation, partnership development, community engagement and strategic relations, mentoring, coaching and training, and event management and public speaking.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Philosophy from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Divinity in Theology/Theological studies from Moore Theological College, and a High School Certificate from The King's School.

He has worked with several organizations throughout his career, including Destined, where he held the position of Strategy and Sales. He has also worked with the Department of Industry, where he served as the Regional Manager for ACT and Southern Inland NSW and as the Inspiring Australia Manager. Simon has also worked as the Programs Manager for Science Communications and Strategic Partnerships at the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research, as well as a Project Officer at the Department of Education Science and Technology.

In addition to his professional work, Simon has also worked as a Minister at the Anglican Church and as a Teacher at Newington College.
