My technical recruiting focus area is Ads Machine Learning. I also focus on the following to help scale our efforts:

-  Leading recruiting for a specialized machine learning organization that contributes to the company’s 60% YoY revenue growth; mentoring geographically dispersed recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators to increase efficiency and promote synergy.
-  Partnering with senior leadership across engineering and human resources to build equitable and inclusive policies, programs and practices to remove bias from our hiring process.

Sr. Technical Recruiter - Machine Learning
