Matthew has extensive experience creating global cost improvement programs, leading breakthrough innovation teams, transforming global supplier quality assurance programs, driving innovation management, and transforming global commodity supply chains. His skills span across strategic sourcing, negotiation, price risk management and hedging, supplier quality assurance, external manufacturing, continuous improvement, lean, design to value (DtV), supply chain management, external relationship management, and new product development.

With his in-depth knowledge of the CPG industry, Matthew has worked on various brands such as Pet Food, Gum, Confections, Chocolate, and Cocoa. He has also been involved in starting new businesses, establishing a new route to market by creating a strategic alliance, and working on organic food projects.
