Mullins has an impressive background that includes working for Microsoft in various senior director roles, where he oversaw staff recruitment and executive searches. In these roles, Mullins was responsible for managing staffing and recruitment strategies for hundreds of employees. He has also been involved in global recruitment initiatives, working in Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom. Today, Mullins serves as the Chief Facilitator at ESIX, where he continues to share his expertise with executives from around the world. At ESIX, Mullins facilitates online courses through ESIX Academy Online and helps organizations optimize their recruiting processes through ESIX'S unique methods.
