Harley has studied both Business Administration and Management, General and Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Denver. Prior to his technical sales career, he served as a Loan Officer at Meridian Mortgage and worked as a Field Engineer and Inside Sales Engineer at HP and Agilent Technologies, respectively.
