Airat Khasianov is a highly qualified computer science professional with an extensive background in academia and industry. He has studied both mathematics and computer science at Kazan State University and earned his Dr. rer. nat. in computer science from the University of Bonn. Khasianov has held various positions throughout his career, including director of the Higher School for Information Technologies of Kazan Federal University, CEO of FOSS Labs, and head of the consulting center and open-source labs at the Institute for Informatics in Kazan. He is currently the head of the Kazan Campus at School 21, a project-based coding school.
Khasianov has also worked as a campus ambassador for Sun Microsystems and a senior teacher and developer at the Higher School for Information Technologies of Kazan Federal University. He has held positions as a network administrator, assistant professor, associate professor, and head of IT division.
