Jovina Rasiah is an esteemed HR professional with almost 20 years of experience working with two major consulting firms, PwC and Ernst & Young. With a diverse range of roles in remuneration, benefits, share plans, and global mobility with three major corporates - Commonwealth Bank, IAG, and ResMed, Jovina has honed her skills in stakeholder management, end-to-end project management, process improvement, and customer service. Jovina's extensive education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology, and a secondary education in Japanese from Shinonome Highschool in Japan.

Jovina has an impressive list of former roles, including Senior Manager, HR Integration at Commonwealth Bank and Senior Manager, Global Mobility at ResMed.
