Juan Reyes

Juan Reyes is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in portfolio company management and private equity investing. Reyes is an expert in leading cross-functional teams to develop scalable, growth-focused businesses. He possesses vast industry knowledge in Business Services and Financial Services, both domestically and globally.

Reyes holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Boston College.

Previously, Reyes held executive positions such as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at REMPREX, LLC, Pendum, Inc., and Oasis Legal Finance. In his role as CFO, he showcased his superior financial and business acumen combined with transactional expertise, driving growth and profitability. Reyes was also a Vice President at Sterling Capital Partners and Senior Associate at The TCW Group (TCW/Latin America Partners).

Currently, Reyes holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Universal Gaming Group. He continues to bring his innovative ideas and successful track record to lead the company towards growth and success.
