Alexia Mercado is a highly accomplished learning consultant with expertise in training development, conflict resolution, customer service, project management, motivation, training, and problem-solving. She studied at The University of Texas at Austin and earned a Bachelor of Science in Radio-TV-Film and a Master of Arts in Learning Technologies.

Throughout her career, Alexia has demonstrated an outstanding ability to work with multiple departments and management levels to achieve desired results. Her accomplishments include serving as an Instructional Designer at Texas Cultural Trust, ESL Special Programs Co-coordinator at The University of Texas at Austin, and Digital Media Intern at Acadamia Cuahtli. She has also served as a Video Intern/After-school Instructor at Latinitas, a Peer Mentor at The University of Texas at Austin, and a Student Assistant at The University of Texas RTF Department.
