David Cim is a seasoned investment finance and operations professional with extensive experience in project management. After establishing his career foundation, he pivoted to a passion for people, places, hospitality, and different work patterns, inspiring a whole new career trajectory. He is the founder of Fractal Workspace, a Regenerative B Corp focused on shaping alternatives to conventional office life, isolated work-from-home, and local coffee shops. Fractal is the 4th space- a new workspace playground designed to liberate teams, cultivate innovation and achieve great things, a habitat that fuels creativity and wellness, fosters optimal work-life blends, co-creates a collaborative environment, and contributes to healthy, diverse, and inclusive neighborhoods.

David earned a Masters Certificate Project Management from York University, Schulich School of Business, and a Commerce, Business/Commerce, General from the University of Ottawa. Additionally, he studied Chartered Investment Manager, Investment Fund Management at the Canadian Securities Institute.

He gained vast experience through his previous roles. He co-founded DWR Advisory Inc., served as CEO at Repurpose Real Estate, was the Vice President of Operations, and Senior Mortgage Administrator at W.A. Robinson Asset Management Ltd. Additionally, he worked as a Financial Controller at the same company.

David's vision is to roll out the Fractal Workspace concept by expanding into places and experiences that include wellness, sports and recreation, learning, and daycare. He envisions a future where people can choose among a variety of Fractals where they can find their best work and living patterns, inspiring work, and play, enabling spaces and technology, and fulfilling lives that eradicate loneliness.
