His background spans across big companies and startups, with a strong mix of global management experience. He has held various roles such as CEO, COO, operator, and leader, and has been recognized as a transformational change leader who can drive growth and operational excellence. Sloan is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Sloan is the Managing Director at Asaph Advisors, where he provides strategic advisory services and assists companies in achieving short and long-term goals.
