Nancy Miller is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in marketing, product management, direct marketing, and team building. She studied Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance on President's Scholarship at Wilfrid Laurier University and later pursued MBA with top quartile ranking at Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario.

Miller began her career as a Consultant at Accenture, where she worked in the Retail division. Later, she moved to TD Bank and served in progressive leadership roles such as Product Management and Sales Management. She also became Associate Vice President, Marketing, where she leveraged her expertise in data analytics, CRM, relationship management, and marketing automation.

After leaving TD Bank, Miller founded Nancy Miller Consulting, where she offered strategic planning support and helped businesses build relationships, drive innovation, and focus on customer experience. She also served as COO at MSA Research Inc. and Northwind Professional Institute, where she led teams, developed products, and executed market strategies. Currently, Miller is the Director of Product at Concentra Bank, where she helps the bank gain organizational buy-in, align with partners, and develop engaging products.

Miller's educational background and hands-on experience have enabled her to excel in different areas, including digital transformation, experiential events, fundraising, branding, PR, business development, sales support, pricing, and vendor management. Her highly collaborative style and passion for untapped market potentials have helped her achieve success throughout her career.
