Artem Sychov, an experienced Engineering Manager with over 10 years of experience in software development, is currently leading a team of 14 talented Engineers at Playtika. With a big focus on building and creating a great, open-minded, and respectful culture, Artem empowers and supports his co-workers to help them grow and develop.

Artem believes in management by joy and works with empathy and curiosity as his most important tools. He is a true believer in progress and innovations while cultivating a safe organization/environment and applying innovative approaches in leadership and hacking management. Artem's professional experience includes previous roles at Exabeam, Cloverpop, Decorist, R&R Music Ltd, Tuto, and Periodica.

Artem studied Computer Science at Kottans and holds a Specialist degree in Psychology from National Pedagogical Dragomanov University. Outside of work, Artem spends his free time herding cats with Kottans.org.
