Mike Duboe is a General Partner at Greylock Partners who has a wealth of cross-functional experience acquired through leading teams on both on-product levers (referral/virality, analytics) and off-product functions (community, marketing). He has demonstrated a passion for growth by building a foundation of thoughtful experimentation in a cross-functional setting that is risk-taking, constantly learning, and effective in communication while guiding growth in a healthy, sustainable, and controlled manner. Duboe's extensive background in Growth, Analytics & Business Operations, Operations Research, and Engineering can be traced back to his academic attainments at the University of Michigan, where he earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial & Operations Engineering. Later, he went to Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he further studied for an MBA. He has previously given talks on Growth as a lecturer at Reforge, an advisory council member at Y Combinator, and as a Growth Advisor/Investor to various startups.
