Carolyn Troyan is an accomplished human resources executive who has gained extensive experience in the technology industry. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science from Miami University. Prior to her education, she attended Walt Whitman High School.

Carolyn has held various senior leadership positions in the human resources department of Electronic Arts (EA), where she is currently serving as Vice President, Human Resources. In her previous role at EA, she held the position of Senior Director, Human Resources Play Label. Before that, she worked as Vice President, Human Resources at Tibco Software Inc., Group Manager, Global Compensation at Oracle, and as Lead Compensation Analyst at Compuware. She also worked as a Performance and Rewards Consultant at William M Mercer.

Throughout her career, Carolyn has earned a reputation for delivering results in organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and compensation. She has a passion for leadership development and innovation within the technology industry.
