Camille Nicita is the President and CEO of Gongos Inc., a WBENC company located in Southeast Michigan, where she lives with her family and dog "Gus." With years of experience in marketing and management, Camille understands what it takes for Fortune 500 companies to make customer-centric business decisions. She believes that operationalizing customer centricity as a strategy for growth and building strong cultural buy-in will have a harmonizing effect on stakeholders.

Camille is a strong believer in humanizing consumers and utilizing an 'outside-in' approach in a world dominated by data. She is a contributing member of the Forbes Agency Council and has extensive experience serving as the Chairperson of the Advisory Board of Michigan State University’s Master of Science in Marketing Research Program. She is also a board member of the Insights Association and an official judge of the North American Customer Centricity Awards.

Camille earned her BBA at the University of Michigan and her MBA at Wayne State University. Prior to becoming the CEO of Gongos Inc., she served as Principal and COO at Gongos Research, Vice President of Qualitative Research, and Account Director/Project Director.
