Dave Turner is a partner at Edwards, Kenny & Bray LLP, a Vancouver-based law firm. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Law and from the University of Victoria with a degree in History. He started his career articling with the firm in 2006 and has been with the firm since.

Turner specializes in civil litigation, particularly in commercial litigation, employment law, general contract disputes, and shareholders remedies. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with complex aviation manufacturing issues, multi-party breach of trust claims, and international jurisdiction contests. He has appeared in Provincial, Supreme, and Appellate Courts of British Columbia, and holds an impressive track record in winning complicated cases, including a wrongful dismissal case where the Plaintiff demanded compensation for the full term of a fixed-term contract, and a summary trial in a Supreme Court of British Columbia shipping dispute.

Turner possesses a strong educational background, which includes an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia, and a B.A. in History from the University of Victoria. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2006.
