Seth Melnick, a Columbia University alumnus, is a tech enthusiast who is attempting to shrink the world using technology. He is presently Global Head of User Operations at TikTok, where he used to be Head of User and Product Operations. Before joining TikTok, he was a Senior Manager at Lyft, where he worked in the Growth and Operations departments.

Mr. Melnick has a diverse collection of experiences outside of his career progressions. For example, when he started his career, he worked as an intern for various organizations such as the Papua New Guinea Mission to the United Nations, Common Cause New York, and Patrick McMullan Company. Additionally, he was a Visual Coordinator and Co-Founder of the Intelligent Vision League (IVL).

Mr. Melnick's education comprises a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Columbia University in New York City.
