Currently serving as the Senior Director and Global Head of Driver & Courier Operations at Uber, Carrol has previously held key positions within the company, including Head of Driver Operations for the U.S. & Canada and General Manager. This experience has honed Carrol's skills in operations management, leadership, and strategic decision-making within the fast-paced environment of a tech giant like Uber.

Prior to Uber, Carrol gained valuable experience as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, where they further developed their analytical and strategic capabilities. Carrol's passion for public service is evident through their roles in political campaigns, such as serving as an Analytics/Voter Protection Intern for Obama for America and as an Advisor to the Director at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
