Stephen Chapman is an accomplished organizational effectiveness consultant with a passion for making the workplace a better place. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity studies from Gateway Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Ouachita Baptist University. Stephen has been a lead consultant at Allstate and worked as a senior manager and manager of talent architecture at Walmart. With extensive experience as a business owner, program coordinator, and youth pastor, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work.

Stephen's ultimate goal is to help leaders develop organizations that are more efficient and effective while also increasing employee satisfaction and engagement. He believes that by minimizing office politics and creating a positive work environment, companies can create a place where employees are excited to show up every day.
