Thanusan Chelva is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) based in Canada with an eclectic background that includes accounting, entrepreneurship, and fitness. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Toronto, where he graduated with a 3.7 GPA. In his early career, Chelva worked as a Fund Accountant at Citigroup and Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel, and later as an Expatriate Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited. However, he decided to shift gears and focus on entrepreneurship and customer success.

Chelva is the founder and former CEO of KoffeeDate, a South-Asian dating app where he first met his wife. He has also served as the Senior Customer Success Manager at Hockeystick and VersaPay, where he systemically improved client engagement and retention. Besides his technical expertise, Chelva is also a qualified Bollywood dance fitness instructor and used to work as a Fitness Instructor, Community Mentor, and Customer Success Manager at BollyX.
