Scott Kowalchuk is a versatile and multi-faceted creative professional with over 10 years of industry experience in illustration, graphic design, concept development, scriptwriting, and character design. He holds a Bachelor of Design degree from the Alberta University of the Arts, with a focus on illustration and character design, and has received two nominations for his artistic dexterity. Kowalchuk is an IATSE certified animator and illustrator and has worked for major comic book publishers such as DC Comics, Image Comics, and Dynamite Entertainment as an illustrator and concept artist.

Kowalchuk is also an experienced instructor, having taught animation and illustration courses through the Alberta College of Art + Design, LuxAcademy, and Nova Video. He maintains technical expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, ToonBoom Storyboard Pro, and ClipStudio Paint, among other tools.

Alongside his professional pursuits, Kowalchuk is interested in health and fitness, particularly yoga and nutrition. He enjoys retro video gaming, board and card games, and stand-up comedy in his free time.
