Ben Crompton

Meet Ben Crompton, the Managing Partner of Crompton Partners Estate Agents, who specializes in investment and legal aspects of property and real estate in Abu Dhabi. Ben is a published author and extensively quoted in the media, providing guidance on matters related to the legal and practical aspects of leasing and selling land, buildings, and individual property. His primary role is to manage the strategic direction of Crompton Partners and overlooks the sales and leasing teams. The company covers all aspects of real estate, from leasing and selling family homes to staff accommodation and land sales.

Ben pursued a degree in law from the University of Cambridge (Jesus College) after which he worked at a hedge fund in London before moving to a hedge fund and private equity lawyer role with Ashurst and then Akin Gump. He continued working in law for seven years before opening a real estate firm in Abu Dhabi. Real estate seems to be a shared passion and family business since his brother runs Crompton Partners Estate Agents, providing real estate services in Dubai, and his family in the UK is involved in real estate, particularly property management.

In addition to his professional role, Ben has also previously served as a Commercial Officer, Membership Secretary, and Club Secretary at Abu Dhabi Harlequins. His diverse experience reflects his commitment to organizational management and leadership.
