Stefano Tonchia is a highly accomplished professional with a rich background in research, education, and consultation. He holds a Ph.D. in Innovation Management Science from the University of Padova and a Master of Science in Managerial Engineering from the University of Udine. Tonchia is currently an Ordinario of Organizzazione Aziendale e Lean Management and Innovation & Project Management at the University of Udine. He has authored eight books for the Sole 24ORE, covering subjects such as industrial project management, performance measurement, process management, lean management, and corporate strategy. Tonchia is also a Dean of the School of Project Management at Alenia Aeronautica and a former Director of Scientific Innovation at Lean Factory. With a keen interest in project management, Tonchia has served as an honorary squadron commander for the USAF.
