He holds an MBA in Marketing/Economics from Tennessee State University and a BS in Marketing from Western Kentucky University. With over 25 years of experience in marketing and business development, Sedrik has held senior management roles in well-known organizations like Allstate and NASBA Center for the Public Trust. He is also the former President of Newbern Consulting, where he provided clients with strategic planning and execution, marketing and branding consultations, sponsorship negotiations and activation, leadership and team development, public speaking, and life/relationship coaching. In addition to his professional achievements, Sedrik has volunteered and held positions in organizations like YMCA of Middle Tennessee and United Way of Metropolitan Nashville.
