Mala Srinivasan is a seasoned digital learning designer with over a decade of experience in developing effective training programs that strike the right balance between the needs of the stakeholders, the learners, and the subject matter. Her background in visual communication and multimedia design, combined with her passion for science and technology, makes her a top pick for projects that require an agile response to IT or business system change, thorough analysis of complex concepts, or custom visual design.

Throughout her career, Mala has worked with various private and government entities, delivering over 50 complete blended and online programs in industries such as science, healthcare, information technology, infrastructure, utilities, accounting, and commercial law, among others. In addition to her expertise in information architecture, instructional and assessment strategy, and storyboard development, Mala is also well-versed in designing UX and UI artefacts for eLearning, creating engaging content graphics, animations, infographics, and interactives, and crafting multimedia, video, and voice-over scripts for a seamless learning experience.

Mala holds a Master's Degree in Design, Multimedia from Swinburne University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communications and Design from the National Institute of Design. Her past roles include CX Training Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk, eLearning project specialist at St John Ambulance Australia (NSW), and Senior Learning Designer at Macquarie Graduate School of Management, to name a few.
