Cross-Media Project Manager

- Worked with a variety of clients and brands including Sky, Iceland, British Gas, Vitality, Rimmel, Matlan, Bicester Village and Tourism Australia. 
-  Delivered partnership projects across all News UK titles (The Sun, The Times & Sunday Times) working across all print and digital platforms as well as their magazine supplements. 
-  Developed relationships with clients (brand/agency side)and editorial to maximize the proficiency of campaigns, whilst ensuring both parties were happy with the outcome. 
-  When liaising with editorial, my position was to maintain brand integrity whilst pushing commercial boundaries to produce innovative solutions to a high standard.  This would produce challenging situations, which would require me to creatively problem solve.
-  Managed day to day process of multiple campaigns, involving intricate timelines, budget management, and profitability reporting. Working closely with the internal design teams as well as hiring external creative support including writers, sub editors, digital designers and photographers. -Organised online competitions on Twitter, Instagram and The Times Online.  Strategically planning the activity within the campaign timeline. 
-  Worked closely with the digital ad ops team, supplying creative to serve as MPU's, billboards.
-  For larger campaigns I liaised with the Commercial legal team to draw up contracts, detailing the obligations for both us and the client throughout the duration of the project.  
-  Provided a thorough post-campaign analysis and presented the report at a final clent meeting.
-  News UK unveiled their new content agency Method in the spring. Having worked one some of the first projects with this team, I was involved in conversations with the heads of the departments to develop relationships between the campaign management team and the new creative parties. 
-  I have developed a wide understanding of the Quality National Newspaper market along with its digital landscape.

Commercial Project Manager

- Working on the Asda Magazine account, predominately on advertorials. 
- Drove and managed the complete briefing & planning process, building a confident and strong relationship with the client, as well as ensuring the internal team fully understood what is to be delivered.
- Taking on full ownership of the development and direction of all content by ensuring all client’s key objectives and creative guidelines are adhered to.
- Controlling the flow of creative work between editorial and the client so all advertorials performed cohesively throughout the magazine. 
- Outlining and compiling schedules, communicating process and deadline dates. 
- Managing feedback and amends process, understanding both the team and clients’ perspective in order to create a page that is effective for both parties. 
- Using the Maconomy system to generate and handle PO’s and invoices.

Account Executive

- In-house producer, working across board on various projects: Corporate, Music Promos and Digital Ads. 
-  Compiling budgets using Microsoft Excel, calculating costs of personnel, equipment and post production. Presenting detailed quotes to agencies and clients. 
-  Working strictly to budget, arranging all aspects of pre-production, including setting up the entire shoot day. 
-  Hiring and organising personnel for studios or locations, working to AQA standards. 
-  Liaising with clients on a daily basis ensuring their desired vision is realised and communicated throughout the project, having a creative understanding of the product and content. 
-  Setting up meetings to keep both clients and creative teams updated on the project standing. 
-  In post production: conveying client amends to editors, working both with offline and online editing organising colour grades, sound mixes, audio, VO’s and GFX. 
-  Delivering the final completed video to the agency or client in their chosen format.
-  Handling all paperwork and documents, contracts and PIBs, location agreements, settling invoices and raising P.O’s.

Bullion Productions

Junior Producer

- Targeting and researching within a specific area for contributors to appear on the show. Using Google, Twitter, Facebook, mail outs, street casting and scouting, strategising which businesses etc would be best concentrated in order to produce the most entertaining  people. 
- Casting potential contributors, shooting and cutting recce footage to present to executives and channel 4 commissioners, working within a tight and strict time frame. 
- Researching  and negotiating suitable filming locations  with limited budget, providing creative input with the development of ideas and stories
- Presenting shot and story documents to Series Producer, briefing details on all chosen filming locations and story development ideas.
- In charge of contributor welfare, prior, during and after filming, this included liaising with the contributors briefing them with all information needed for shoot week.  Including legal paper work, Schedules, taxis, props and money reconciliation. 
- Planning entire shooting schedule, booking all filming, lunch and contributor locations. 
- Transcribing footage on the programme Cingergy, preparing for edit. 
- On the shoot: On hand for any problems that may arise during filming, point of contact for contributors and crew.
- The link between production management and crew, ensuring we kept within legal and company guidelines.

Researcher-Come Dine with Me

- Assisting Managing Director in the office and on location, working across the board with production paper work, including briefs, storyboards and headshots and providing a point of call between director and the client.
-  Setting up casting calls and meetings. Booking couriers and transport. 
-  Researching and organising locations, prop and equipment hire, negotiating within project budget. 
-  Booking couriers and transport, reconciling petty cash using Excel spreadsheets. 
-  Attending story-board meetings, providing creative ideas from an initial brief from a client.
