Doug Lorenzen is a seasoned tech and life sciences investor with a passion for exponential technologies that are tackling the world's most pressing issues. As a Partner at MVP Funds, he leverages his strategic business development and capital-raising expertise to identify and nurture high-growth startups. Prior to this, he served as the Advisory CFO at Vessel, Advisor and Strategy at Tapin2, Vice President of Los Angeles Chapter at VR AR Association, and CFO at Talespin, where he played a crucial role in making the enterprise VR/AR company the leading provider in its space. He was also the First Investor & Founding Member at Open English, the largest ESL EdTech company. Doug is a business administration graduate from Pepperdine University and has been involved with several philanthropic organizations in the past, including Daily Hope with Rick Warren and The Daniel Plan.
