Ali Schiller is an accomplished engineer turned certified coach and accountability expert specializing in helping highly driven professionals conquer procrastination, distraction, and inconsistency in pursuit of their goals. She studied Mechanical Engineering at UC Santa Barbara and Physics in a Master's program at San Francisco State University. Prior to her foray into coaching, Ali has worked as a Mechanical Engineer at MCA Consultants, Inc. and Ametek Aerospace, an Engineering Instructor at Highline Community College, and a Realtor at Better Homes & Gardens - Mason McDuffie Real Estate.

Ali founded Accountability Works® in 2012, a mindfulness-based performance management system that provides structure, accountability, and a holistic approach to personal development, wellness, and relationships. Under her guidance, business leaders, professionals, and teams develop and execute plans of action that are consistent with their vision and values. Her work has been featured in Fast Company, Entrepreneur, Business Insider, and Psychologies Magazine.
