John is the owner of COHORT.CA and COHORT.US, which are leading authorized resellers of Cisco Meraki's cloud-managed network stack, including the MX family of SD-WAN security appliances, MS switches, MR wireless access points MV security cameras, Cisco Umbrella, WebEx Teams, and WebEx Meetings in Canada and the USA.

John's extensive background includes studying for his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at the University of Victoria, along with his Diploma in Computer Network Management & Design from Royal Roads University. Additionally, he has studied computer science at Vancouver Island University.

Before becoming a successful business owner, John held various positions with D+H, B2B Bank, The CUMIS Group, and SHL SystemHouse, where he served either as a senior enterprise architect, senior manager in IT & Business Solutions, or IT consultant and contractor.
