So that migrating all windows setup script as well as Vmware workstation installation windows batch script to purely using Perl

1.	Maintained / Supported the largest regression lab in Cisco with 900 testbeds (1200 racks / 10,000 routers) spans 60,000 ft. in SJ Milpitas campus.2.	Troubleshooting, recovering and debugging networking equipments and servers.3.
