Mark Wittlin is a seasoned business leader with a passion for helping companies achieve success through effective operations management, strategic planning, and enterprise systems integration. With a background in computer science and electrical engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Wittlin has developed a wide range of skills and expertise in areas such as program management, talent development, business strategy and development, and IT management.

Over the years, Wittlin has held several leadership positions in organizations such as Northrop Grumman Information Systems, Proxicom, and Dimension Data/Proxicom. He has been instrumental in driving growth and profitability for these companies through his ability to orchestrate and align divergent priorities, identify areas of discord, and bring them into harmony. He has also played a key role in winning major contracts with clients such as AOL and HSBC, and driving top-line revenue growth.

As an advisory CIO, Wittlin has worked with COOs and IT directors to develop IT strategic plans that provide revenue-generating and cost-saving activities in excess of 10%. He has focused IT organizations on moving from cost centers to profit centers, and on becoming a strategic integral part of the business that is a key differentiator.

Wittlin has also founded his own consulting firm (Wittlin Consulting, LLC) and served as president and COO of KnexGen Solutions. He has a wealth of experience in startup and turnaround leadership, systems engineering, and leadership and team building. His specialties include operations management, strategic planning, network and security operations, sourcing management, e-commerce/internet solutions, large-scale portfolio, program and project management, business continuity, and enterprise systems.
