To localize and understand the root cause of the communication flaws and see that they were resolved in the best possible manner using 5S and lean six sigma strategies. I focused on resolving individual departmental issues then motivating them by working together as a team for self-empowerment and increased financial results. It was about being cost-effective, eliminating waste, maximizing workforce engagement. I aimed to implement lean management within the Norwegian plant, reduce the hierarchical vacuum between management and shop floor and improve clear communication routines between top Norwegian management and Swedish headquarters.

My guests were 90% repeat mainly from the diplomatic and financial sector. Bottom line: They considered the hotel as their second home and would book their favourite room for the entire calendar year. My occupation and revenue increased from 45% to 75% within six months by providing a personalised service.

Responsible for increasing corporate / VIP accounts, contracting, organizing VIP group stays corporate events and marketing strategies for the newly launched hotel brand owned by EMAAR and Chairman Mohamed Alabbar. My covered markets: Europe, Scandinavia, and Russia. My objective was to increase the brand’s VIP / corporate database and yearly revenue. I supervised staff customer service, grooming standards and implemented introductory training.
