Arlen Byrd is a multi-talented professional with a knack for everything from frontend development and UI design to project management and HR implementation. Throughout his career, Byrd has held various roles in different organizations, including Vice President of Marketing and Technical Team Lead at XWP, Managing Director of Brighten Labs, and Web Developer at Southern Adventist University.

More recently, Byrd has served as the Head of People Ops at XWP, where he leverages his passion for serving people and creating the optimal work environment to help his team members reach their full potential.
