Winston Salem-based Jacqueline (Jackie) Haynes is a notable Christian, philanthropist, and community service enthusiast who has been working diligently to enhance the North Carolinian community's quality of life. With a career spanning over 25 years, Jackie has amassed a wealth of academic and professional experience in nursing, case management, and leadership. She has been an instrumental member of the BCBSNC team since 1995, where she currently serves as the Head of Care Management with accountability for utilization management, case management, compliance, training, vendor management, and appeals and grievances for multiple lines of businesses-Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Federal Employee Program. While Jackie takes great pride in her professional accomplishments, she is equally honored to be associated with various organizations dedicated to making a positive impact on society. As a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Winston Salem Delta Fine Arts, Inc Board (Immediate Past-President), American Heart Association- Triad chapter-Board of Directors, and the Winston Salem Foundation (Women's Fund), she has been doing her part to improve her immediate community's standard of living. With an MBA from Winston-Salem State University and a bachelor's in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from East Carolina University, Jackie is well-equipped to tackle whatever professional or philanthropic challenge comes her way.
