Shiran Danoch, PhD, is a seasoned Organizational Psychologist, Talent Assessment Expert, and People Analytics Consultant with over 20 years of experience in developing selection & assessment systems, analyzing organizational data, and simplifying it to make informed, data-driven talent decisions.

Shiran's mission in life is to make people's work lives better. She has a Master's degree and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, and she continues to learn and stay up-to-date with modern tools and technologies by studying Python at she codes.

Shiran has worked in various organizations, including Empirical, Peres Academic Center, Base Your Evaluation, IDF, Yeholot, ZIv Institute, and more. As an Organizational Psychologist, Lecturer, Management Consultant, and Group Facilitator, Shiran has helped organizations to identify the best person - organization fit, analyze large amounts of data and turn it into insights, and make informed and data-driven talent decisions.

At Empirical, Shiran served as Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer and later as an Advisor. Her skills in developing selection and assessment systems and data analysis were critical to the success of the organization.
