M last role was leading Execution Risk Governance and Business Management for Barclays Service Company.Execution Risk Governance Leading the evolution and establishment of Execution Risk Framework for Barclays including defining the policy, standards, controls and maturity assessment for Execution Risk across all programs at Barclays.Responsible for the governance and management reporting of top 30 programs/Strategic Investment spend of £1.8bn change for Barclays to drive enhanced program oversight and delivery of outcomes. Change Professional From 2001 to 2004 I was based New York to act as the main contact and led the Operations change team for eSPEAR (pan product settlement system transformation program).From 2000 to 2001 I was based in Tokyo and established the change team for Operations including creating governance for the region and the technology upgrade of core settlement system.From 1997 to  2000 I was based in London and Frankfurt and was responsible for various programs including establishing the Fixed Income Repo Sales Support desk to manage their portfolio and for the move of the Fixed Income Repo business from London to Frankfurt and then the EURO conversion for their book.I joined Deutsche Bank for their first graduate program in Operations in 1995.
