Paulino e Silva is a Brazilian lawyer, network consultant, and developer with a passion for digital security. He has a degree in Computer Systems and Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and Universidade Santa Cruz. He also has certifications in internet law and security from Harvard Law School and SANS. Additionally, Paulino is a certified Project Management Professional with experience in T.I.C. and business intelligence. He was formerly the president of ABDTI and currently coordinates projects at Directnet.
