Carolina Neville-O'Neill is a highly accomplished and experienced professional in the IT and SaaS industry. She is currently the first female commercial sales leader in Americas at Datadog, where she has managed to secure over $500k ARR, and 75 new clients. She has extensive knowledge and experience in direct sales, negotiations, and in running remote and on-site training sessions, presentations, and technical product demonstrations to audiences of various types and sizes. She has delivered over 1.5k training sessions with over 16k attendees trained. As an added advantage, Carolina is multilingual, fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish making her capable of closing sales in different territories.

Carolina's background includes studying for a Certification of Specialization in Customer Relationship Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Librarianship and Information Science. Carolina started her career as a librarian before transitioning into IT & SaaS. She has held several positions at EBSCO Information Services, where she worked as a Senior Engagement Manager and Training Specialist. Before that, she had worked as a librarian at IESB, Centro Universitário de Brasília (UniCEUB), and Universidade Católica de Brasília - UCB. Her experience in training is vital in delivering the highest levels of customer success and enablement at all phases of the customer lifecycle.
